Our church is involved in an ongoing fundraising campaign now referred to as the RaiseRight Program. (Formerly ShopWithScrip) the second Sunday of each month, gift cards can be ordered through the church. We pay face value of the card ($100 Shaw's Gift card costs $100). However, the church receives a commission for each card ordered. There are hundreds of participating retailers available, and the amount of the commission varies per retailer, from 3% to 15% of the face value of the card. The cards are available the following Sunday.  This is an easy way to support our church. Just purchase gift cards for expenses you normally incur, Shaws, CVS, gas cards - as well as restaurants.  Just imagine what this could be if everyone took advantage of the program!

Please think about participating in this program next month. This is such an easy way to help as we talk about the growth of our church! 

The "Order Sunday" is usually the second Sunday of the month, unless otherwise announced. On that day, you place your order for cards, and pay with a check to "Lutheran Church of the Cross."  The cards will be delivered to you the following Sunday.
